This dynamic single spooler is ideal for coiling and take-up of Φ0.4-3.5mm copper and copper alloy, as well as 0.5-4.5mm aluminum and aluminum alloy. This wire spooler consists of take-up device and electric control system.

The production speed of dynamic single spooler depends on the production speed of associated wire drawing machine.
Working Requirements
1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Well-sealed annealing liquid circulating pipeline.
5. This wire spooler requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our dynamic single spooler works together with 10-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.
