Description
This high speed rod breakdown machine is suitable for drawing Φ8mm copper and copper alloy rods, and Φ9.5mm aluminum and aluminum alloy rods into wires. This rod breakdown equipment consists of wire pay-offs, wire drawing machine and electric control system.

Working Requirements

1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Concentrated drawing fluid circulating pool and well-sealed piping system.
5. This rod breakdown equipment requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our high speed rod breakdown machine works together with 25-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.

Note
1. Please refer to your own requirements on production capacity when choosing the machine.
2. This rod breakdown equipment is not suitable for wire drawing of carbon steel or stainless steel rods.
3. Please carry out daily maintenance according to requirements.
