Description
This multiple wire intermediate drawing machine is suitable for drawing Φ3.5mm copper and copper alloy rods, and Φ4.5mm aluminum and aluminum alloy rods into wires. Our multiwire drawing machine consists of wire pay-offs, wire drawing machine and electric control system.

Working Requirements

1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Concentrated drawing fluid circulating pool and well-sealed piping system.
5. This multiwire drawing machine requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our multiple wire intermediate drawing machine works together with 15-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.
