Description
This single fine wire drawing machine is suitable for drawing Φ1.2mm copper wires, tinned copper wires, silver-plated copper wires into fine wires. Our high speed fine wire drawing machine consists of wire pay-offs, wire drawing machine, electric control system and inline annealer. It’s ideal for producing fine wires of non-ferrous metals or alloys.

Working Requirements

1. Ensure that the workshop has enough space, with minimum height of 4-5 meters.
2. Convenient raw material supply nearby.
3. Qualified staff is kept for the installation, operation and maintenance of this high speed rod breakdown machine.
4. Concentrated drawing fluid circulating pool and well-sealed piping system.
5. This single fine wire drawing machine requires stable and sufficient water, power and compressed air supply.
6. Our high speed fine wire drawing machine works together with 5-ton (at least) crane, vapor generator, air compressor, wire threader, wire drawing dies, wire drawing lubricant, gear oil and heat exchanger.

2. This high speed fine wire drawing machine is not suitable for wire drawing of steel or stainless steel rods.
3. Please carry out daily maintenance according to requirements.
