The vertical wire drawing unit is suitable for the reducing and profiling of CSR which control by means of frequency converter and input wire diameter range between 4,0 - 10,60 mm.

The vertical wire drawing unit has a strong frame and the structure is made of welded steel.
The drawing blocks are made of steel cast iron. Capstan pulling band coated with tungsten carbide.
It is used internal fan for the cooling of the block motors. The cooling water supplied the drawing blocks and cassettes.
The power is transmitted by special designed gearboxes with belt and pulleys. The motors are installed behind of the body in vertical position and strength of the belts can be adjustable.
Pneumatic and dynamic breaks are used for the emergency and normal stops. The duration of the normal stops are made by software.
The electrical safety switches do not permit to run the vertical wire drawing unit if they are ON position.
All the electric, electronic and electro mechanic components are chosen from the well known brand on the world. The AC motor and inverters are from ABB.
The displays which show the line current and the voltage are installed on the electrical cabinet.
The communication modules are installed in the junction box on the machine.
There is a touch screen operator panel for operating the machine.
